Photograph of part of the riverfront in Evansville, IN where the Missouri Valley Bridge & Iron Co. shipyard was located during World War II. The shipyard produced 167 LST's (more than any other inland shipyard) and 4 APB's (self-propelled barracks ship built on same hull as LST's) from 1942 through 1945. Photograph was taken from a helicopter or airplane in July, 2003 during LST-325's visit to Evansville, IN on its 2003 River Cruise.
