A thirteen page (15 with title page & index/table of contents) document outlining the LST Memorial's original plans to procure and return a Landing Ship, Tank from Greece to the United States to operate as a memorial and museum ship. The document plans for the recovery of LST-391 rather than LST-325, for an estimated departure date of August 1997, and for the trip to run from Athens, Greece to Boston, MA, USA with several stops along the way (Gibraltar, Spain, France, England). Along with both a simplified and detailed itinerary, the document also includes basic information on the ship itself and required personnel, supplies, funds, and policies. Several pages include small notes or figures written in in pencil.
