Photocopy of a photograph showing a landing operation in Okinawa, Japan involving three LSTs. The ships pictured are (left to right) LST-1002, LST-825 (U.S.S. Hickman County), and LST-888 (U.S.S. Lee County). All three ships are landed and have dirt ramps built up to their bow doors & ramps and a number of vehicles can be seen on the shore in front of the ships. The ships' davits are loaded and raised, with the exception of the starboard davit on LST-1002.
