Set of 3 photos of a part of a page from an 863 Engr Battalion book featuring a photo of LST-1027 at shore with bow doors open and ramp lowered, preparing to load and disembark from Biak, New Guinea. A number of sailors, enlisted and officers, can be sea resting in the shade on the bow ramp and just inside the tank deck while another unidentified LST is located in the background on the left side.
