Description:
Black & white print of a photograph showing LST-125 sailing off Mare Island, California on 17 August, 1945. The ship appears to have 55 gallon drums on the main deck and men can be seen standing along the starboard railing. The ships is painted in the standard mottled camoflage for service in the Pacific Theater of World War II. Stamped with ship title in gold lettering near bottom, and features "The Naval Institute Collection" printed in bottom right corner.
