Black & white print of a photograph showing LST-532 (U.S.S. Chase County) underway in an unknown port. LST-532 does not appear to have several of its ventilation shafts or any defensive weaponry, suggesting it is traveling from it's launching to the shipfitters for completion. The ship has no cargo on the main deck, though both davits are loaded with LCVPs. Part of the ship's crew appears to be standing on the main deck near the bow. The ship's name and a copyright mark for "O.N.I." (Our Navy, Inc) are stamped in gold lettering at the bottom. "Our Navy Photos" is printed in the bottom right corner.
