Digital copy of a black and white photograph taken from the conning tower (likely at the 01 level) of LST-392 showing the ship's main deck fully loaded with jeeps, trucks, and other vehicles while en-route to Salerno, Italy for a landing in September of 1943. Dozens of troops and can be seen in, on, and around the vehicles on the main deck and another ship can be seen off the port bow of LST-392.
