Photocopy of an action report by the commanding officer of the LST-719, J.H. Ingram, on the torpedoing of a destroyer (D-499 U.S.S. Renshaw) in the Midanao Sea on 21 February, 1945. The ship suffered significant damage but was not sunk, and another destroyer towed it back to its port of departure, San Pedro Bay, for repairs.
