A photograph showing a highline transfer occuring between LST-824 [U.S.S. Henry County] and LST-1146 [U.S.S. Summit County]. The photograph was most likely taken from either the main deck or one of the bow guntubs of LST-824 and shows a sailor riding the highline transfer roughly half-way between the two ships. In the background, a number of sailors aboard the LST-1146 can be seen holding the end of the line for the transfer. The reverse side of the photograph has "Highline from Henry County to Summit County" written in ink.
