Description:
Black & white print of a photograph showing LST-463 anchored somewhere in the Pacific during World War II. The ship does not appear to have any vehicles on the main deck, though some small equipment or cargo can be seen just in front of the cargo hatch. A screen is also set up on the main deck, possibly for movies. The starboard davit is loaded with an LCVP while the port davit is in its lowered position and the LCVP is in the water alongside LST-463. The ship's name/number is stamped in gold text at the bottom and "Our Navy Photos, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11217" is printed in the bottom right corner.
