Description:
A photograph showing LST-824 [U.S.S. Henry County] landed on the shoreline at the Cua Viet Base in Vietnam during the year of 1968. The photograph appears to have been taken from on shore off the port bow of LST-824, and shows a forklift moving supplies loading supplies onto LST-824 and LST-901. LST-901 [U.S.S. Litchfield County] is landed alongside LST-824 on its starboard side and can be seen on the left side of the photo. It is labeled with "CauViet" [sic] on the back.
