Certificate presented to Mr. Arthur Neal recognizing his award and right to wear the Army/Navy "E" Award pin for excellence in production. Mr. Neal worked at the Evansville, IN shipyard during World War II. These awards were presented to all the employees of the Missouri Valley Bridge & Iron Co. (Shipbuilding Division) Evansville IN. November 11, 1943 for excellence in war production.
