Glass champagne bottle inside metal cage, wrapped in red, white, and blue ribbons used in the christening of USS LST-180 by Mrs. Dorothy Falls at the Evansville Shipyard on June 3, 1943. Presented to her and later donated to the USS LST Ship Memorial as part of set with silver ceremonial bowl and ribbons inside wooden storage box. Glass bottle is shattered (from christening ceremony) inside cage and ribbons, smallest pieces of glass have slipped through and are in the bottom of the storage box.
Approx. 12" tall by 11" circumference.
