Vol.3 No.5 of The Invader, the monthly magazine produced for the Evansville Shipyard during World War II. This issue was published in February, 1945. The front cover features a photograph of approximately 20 LST's unloading vehicles and equipment near "Tacoblan" [Tacloban] Airstrip on Leyte Island in the Philippines with a teal/green splash at the bottom with the title. This issue includes various pieces on subcontractors and workers. The issue totals 16 pages, including front and back covers.

The shipyard was owned and operated by the Missouri Valley Bridge & Iron Company from its construction in 1942 until its closing in 1945.
