Photocopy of a mailing or flyer originally created by the Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce in 1944. The original flyer features a postcard of LST-831 (presumably) moored in Pittsburgh, PA above text welcoming visitors aboard so that they may "see one of the warships built in 'Victory Valley'" and thereby "develop a "better understanding of the importance of this district's contribution to our Navy." Stamp on postcard used dated "Oct.27, 1944."
