Photocopy of a photograph showing Mr. Dick T Myers and a crewmate standing atop unidentified equipment (wrapped in line) on the main deck of LST-1059. Mr. Myers ins the gentleman on the left. A 20mm Oerlikon AA gun mount and ammunition chest can be seen in the background on the right. LST-1059 served in the Pacific Theater during the final year of World War II and participated in Occupation operations following the war's end.
