Six officers and a woman in front of the bow of LST-1136 attending the re-commissioning ceremony for the ship as the ARL-32 (U.S.S. Bellona) in Baltimore, MD. Presumably the woman was the sponsor of the ceremony who christened the ship. Officers and woman are named as follows from left to right: Cummings, Kimball, Farnell, Miss Malsie, Sullivan (served as Captain of ship), Wolhuter, Russell.
